This is the oldest resort on the island and one of the largest with 900 units which all are privately owned and available through a room rental program.The condos are two-bedroom tennis villas, one-bedroom ocean villas or Admiral's Row which is top of the line.
It's popular for a value vacation which is family-oriented, also for religious groups or youth groups. Tennis camps are regular activities hosted here. The conference center is 12,000 square feet with five breakout rooms.
Sports bar, great new restaurant with fine food, tiki bar, pools, tennis courts, fitness center and wide beautiful beach access round out the amenities.
Don't feed the alligator! Seriously, don't go closer than the deck at the back of the conference center. It is not smiling as it slides into the marsh grass.
